How open to the press
The advisories use different language for each event. “Open to all press” means just show up; the rest require an RSVP or press-office clearance, are space-limited, are pooled/footage-only, or are closed. “Broadcast / remote” is a TV or radio hit; “not specified” means the advisory gave no press-access note.

Every question, every answer
Each question a reporter or interviewer has put to the mayor at an event City Hall transcribed and published on nyc.gov, paired with what he said back. Official transcripts don’t name the reporter, so press-event questions are credited simply to “Reporter.” How exchanges are cut & their limits.
